If I can’t get pregnant with conventional methods, why would I be able to get pregnant with your methods? Our program looks at the body differently than conventional medicine. We look to encourage organs and glands to function better instead of trying to control them with drugs. Our advanced hormone testing may reveal hidden imbalances that can be the clues to unlock the mystery to unexplained fertility. Our aim is to feed your body with proper nutrients, increase blood flow, energy flow, and nerve flow to enhance conception.
Why would a chiropractor and an acupuncturist be able to get me pregnant? Dr. Young, a chiropractic physician, is trained to locate misalignments in the spine that may cause nerve interference to other areas of the body. If these spinal misalignments are causing nerve interference to the ovaries and uterus, it may cause decreased function in those reproductive organs. In addition, Dr. Young’s post graduate work includes extensive training in advanced hormone evaluation and appropriate nutritional supplementation.
Christine Zupancic, a licensed acupuncturist, is able to detect a disruption of energy flow that may affect the function of the reproductive organs.
Do all chiropractors and acupuncturists have these programs? No. This program is a one of a kind. Dr. Young and Christine Zupancic have worked in the Avon Lake Wellness Center for 2 years together and have joined forces to develop this program. Dr. Young and Christine started developing this program 6 months ago, and have now moved it into reality. Dr. Young’s post graduate study includes nutritional/herbal therapy, advanced hormone testing analysis, and Active Release Technique. Dr. Young is constantly reading and researching to become the best doctor for her patients. Dr. Young is empathetic, cheerful, and motivates couples to attain their goals.
Are your methods safe? Our methods are extremely safe. Because we do not prescribe any drugs or perform surgery, there is very minimal risk in our program.
Do you use drugs or surgery? No. This program uses only natural, holistic methods to improve your body’s functions to achieve pregnancy. Our program incorporates acupuncture, vitamin/herbal supplementation, chiropractic, saliva hormone testing, hair analysis, and massage.
What does acupuncture feel like? Insertion of the slender needles goes unnoticed by some while others there is a small pinch followed by a sensation of tingling, numbness, ache, traveling warmth of heaviness. Sometimes people feel chi moving at a distance from the point of insertion. Usually relaxation and an elevation of spirit accompany treatment. Some patients notice a relief of symptoms or feel more energetic in the days to follow treatment. Because Chinese medicine reverberates in the body and spirit, it can be a catalyst for subtle yet far-reaching change.
What are your success rates? This program was developed in the last 6 months and is the only one of its’ kind in Ohio. This program is the forefront of natural fertility wellness. At this time, we do not have any success rates due to the newness of the program.
